As a proud young woman of Djabwurrung descent, I am grateful to be a resident on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people. Over the course of nearly 15 years, I have had the privilege to both live and work on this land. As a mother of two, I consider it an honor to impart guidance to younger generations.
In my professional capacity, I serve as the Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) worker for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Melton and Brimbank areas.
I can be located at Kirrip House for four (4) days each week, I am readily available for appointments via telephone or walk-in. During these appointments, I offer assistance in assessing housing needs and developing plans of action to achieve adequate housing support. This includes referrals to resources such as private rental options, tenancy advocacy, crisis accommodations, transitional housing, and additional services.
